Prepare formal proposals and present to all levels of the organization including executive level.
Lead negotiations, handle complex decision-making process, overcome obstacles to closure and close sales.
Understand business needs of prospective customers in various verticals or markets; effectively sell F5 Silverline’s technical, valuable solutions to meet those needs.
This includes researching and developing lists of potential customers; identifying and qualifying business opportunities, making regular sales calls to develop relationships and following-up on sales leads.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and regulations that effect prospective customers.
Uses technical sales engineering team to engage with customers, provide technical guidance and establish F5 as a trusted advisor with the customer.
Collaborates in sales planning and strategy through research, development and maintenance of long and short-range sales and marketing plans.
Partners with marketing team to develop a marketing strategy for lead generation through events as well as the development of specialized marketing materials to demonstrate solution value
Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with staff and customers
