Job Role : Sr. Manager - Data Governance& Data Quality
Principal Functions(Major Areas of Responsibility) :
Responsible for Business Customer Relationship ManagementBCRM / Microsoft Dynamics for retail and channel partners across allbusiness product including etisalat digital portfolio.
Deploying and rolling out long-term strategy to maintainand enhance BCRM for retail and channel partners includingalignment with stakeholders in conjunction with CIToncustomization, compliance, integration and training.
Foster the latest digital capabilities to enrich theRetail and Channel Partners Digital adoption and Experience withdemanding business customer Sales Mobility, BlockChain, AI and / orRobotics-.
Increase efficiency in Retail and Channel Partners whileservicing Business Customers and decrease lead-time for ordersdelivery.
Bachelor's Degree in Business / ComputerScience
5-8 years experience in OnlineMarketing, Process design / re-engineering.
