Conducts site visits to ensure scope ofwork caters for all the project requirements and the readiness ofthe site for project activities
Prepares initialproject plan, review with all stakeholders, verify, amend and issuea final project plan
Attends kick-off meetings withclients / consultants and contractors as required to clarify projectdynamics, timelines, execution, planning etc.
Projectexecution which covers installation, managing staff team(technicians and engineers), coordinating with stakeholders toensure timely availability of hardware and software
PM will be fully responsible for all testing, commissioning,corrections phase, inspection and final certificationactivities
Reports to the SPM of the team he belongsto, on project progress and on any required intervention to resolveproblems with suppliers, contractors and / orclient
