Finance Manager-Dubai Qualification Charted accountant CPA ACC equivalent-knowledge of IBNR AR MGA Mergers and acquisitions essential-

Auditors please do not apply-Experience of working in Middle East for min of 2-3years -experience in insurance or healthcare are management company is a must Only those meeting the above requirements pls apply Role Coordinate and supervise finance activities and functions Supervises financial analysis activities and staff as necessary Review of reconciliation and maintenance of schedules and analyses supporting internal management financial information and disclosures Review data for analysis Analyzes transactions and validates source data to ensure accuracy accountability and financial data integrity Prepare and review financial reports Responsible for preparation and distribution of financial management reports supporting the MD of the Qatar TPA business for any reporting required to and from Fronting Partners or SCH in addition to AI stakeholders Provides information and assistance to facilitate the completion of monthly management results Provides accurate timely and insightful analysis in response to ad hoc management requests or issues Reviews account analyses and roll-

forwards to help identify unusual results trends issues necessary accruals etc Work with appropriate responsible parties to resolve Participates in and influence the design operation enhancement and monitoring of the Companys internal control structure including reconciliation controls on bank accounts g l accounts subsidiary systems and financial reporting system Prepare account analyses and roll-

forwards to help identify unusual trends and accounting and internal control issues Work with appropriate responsible parties to communicate issues and resolution plans Responsible for various elements of the entitys monthly financial close process including recording of journal entries maintenance and reconciliation of financial systems and accurate communication to management Assist in the implementation of company initiatives including improved management information requirement financial planning and analysis tools and new products and services Assists in the production and review of information designed to meet the entitys capital requirements Support accounting policy objectives including preparation of policy documents sign off on accounting policy implications of new business initiatives Confirms all policies are followed Trains staff to meet job and competency requirements Provides professional prompt and accurate service to all internal and external customers Adheres to best practices and strives for continuous improvement Works to maintain and or improve the financial process Supports and or supervises budget development and forecast cycles Collaborates with the business leads on planning forecasting Ensure compliance with and AGB internal control and financial reporting guidance Exhibits behaviors outlined in Manager CompetenciesCompany Profile : SOS recruitment consultants
