Job Role : TFA ICS Commissioning
Essential Duties &Responsibilities :
Manage, perform, coordinate and monitor the commissioningof the power plant Control systems by arrangement with theCommissioning Lead / Manager
Organize andsupervise the safe operation of the plant (site rules, safetyregulations, shift plan, shift log, etc.) from system turnover fromInstallation until Commercial Operation Date by arrangement withCommissioning Lead / Manager
Ensure thecommissioning, operation, quality and feedback record documentationis issued
Prepare, manage, perform, coordinateand monitor the commissioning of the specified systems in a safeand timely manner, in accordance with environmental protectionmeasures and local regulations
Implementationof the necessary EHS procedures within the scope of the disciplineworks to include preparation of method statements, risk analyses,safety walks, toolbox talks etc.
Ensuringwithin the scope of the discipline works that subcontractors arecomplaint with the EHS requirements at the site.
Participate in site meetings by arrangement with theCommissioning Lead / Manager
Recommendcontinuous product improvements and project costreduction
Hand over the commissioning, qualityand feedback documentation and software (originals) with a documentlist to the Commissioning Lead / Manager for compiling andrelease.
Ensure that commercial and technicaldeviations are reported with a corresponding quality record andthat the same are followed up until their completion by arrangementwith the Commissioning Lead / Manager
Keep adiary to record daily work, occurrences, problems, specialinformation, etc. plus a list of pending items and maintainlogbooks of commissioning records and operational events asspecified in the work instructions by arrangement withCommissioning Lead / Manager
Provide, onrequest, technical experience feedback to project engineeringdepartments during debriefing meeting(s) to be organized by theproject.
Organize and manage the handling andinspection of the commissioning test equipment.
Train the customer staff in operation and maintenance asinstructed by the Commissioning Lead / Manager
Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends andovertime as required by field assignments
Travel may be required
May beassigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCorevision and align with our organization's corevalues.
RequiredQualifications & Experience :
University degree in Engineering or higherqualification
7+ years of experiences workingwith Electrical Systems in related industries preferred
Successful completion of required TFA III Trainingprograms in a minimum requirement
Extensivetravel to and from projects and various field assignments will berequired.
Able to connect and communicateacross all level of site personnel and internalcolleagues / stakeholders.
Fluent and proficientin both spoken and written English
Experienced level. Has the knowledge and skill to overseecommissioning activities and may process expertise in a secondarycompetency.
Demonstrates mentor and team lead skill.
Demonstrated progressive, responsible experience in PowerPlant Commissioning
Excellent knowledge andapplication of EHS rules.
Prior projectmanagement experiences
Excellent oral andwritten communication skills
