Plan marketing activity calendar for relevant business segments in collaboration with Senior Marketing Manager andproducts teams in line with allocated budgets -

Manage all aspects of designated marketing operations projects from briefing status report tracking approvals production and timely delivery review -

Ensure the company s high standards of quality are consistently maintained within the commercially required timeframes and approved budgets -

Help protect and promote the image of designated business segment to its target audience - Ensure the stringent application of and adherence to visual standards and guidelines to maintain a strong brand presence across all consumer touch points -

Create synergy with the bank s brand communications and strategy - Directly communicate with business and product heads and be a pro-

active advisory channel on all marketing communication related activities - Help ensure client expectations are managed effectively through regular status reporting andbalance between service delivery expectation and output is maintained and in conjunction with the commercial objectives of each business -

Control costs on all designated projects with the view to obtaining the best possible value without sacrificing quality -

Enhance agency vendor deliveries by consistently tracking timelines and providing feedback to ensure timely and quality delivery of designated projects -

Help in the careful selection of suppliers keeping in mind quality costs and project timelines - Work with the Customer Experience team and respective business steams to deliver a seamless experience to clients through the various touch points they interact with -

Define and manage client staff events to ensure a smooth organization and branding of monthly events collect post event feedback for further improvements -

Explore new opportunities for partnering with brands that are relevant to affluent or business segments - Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver high quality and relevant research articles magazines newsletters to clients on monthly basis -

Understand HRs objectives and translate them into exciting communication and initiatives to increase staff participation and engagement -
