GuestReady is a startup in the sharing economy, building on the success of short-term rental companies. Its mission is to take the hassle out of short-term rentals - any operations that are related to turning over guests and optimize listings to incur a maximum yield for the host are handled by GuestReady.

The company is co-founded by seasoned entrepreneurs (some former Ex-Rocket Internet executives) in Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities (non-concluding) :

  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans to achieve expected sale targets
  • Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with hosts and real estate agents
  • Educate potential customers to the benefits of GuestReady
  • Identify and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
  • Research and analyze sales options
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Identifying service improvements or new service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Requirements :

  • A good network of clients is a plus!
  • Strong analytical skills, identify gaps / opportunities
  • A people person, comfortable interacting with casual hosts and ultra high end professional alike
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive - a hustler!
  • Risk taker, outspoken and extroverted
  • Detail oriented, strong focus on quality
  • Ability to prioritize and structure problems
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Strong analytical skills, identify gaps / opportunities
