Leading global logistics provider is looking to recruit an experienced Airfreight Field Sales Manager to be responsible for the continuous development growth and profitability of airfreight business Core responsibilities cover the alignment of sales strategy for the assigned region in close liaison with the operations in the delivery of appropriate solutions for the existing and potential customers while reaching and exceeding set targets -

Create communicate and execute sales strategy - Business planning to activities customer interfacing to account tracking and reporting -

Develop Airfreight Import and Export business in line with the volume and GP targets set - Further development and retention of existing customer base -

Focus on new customer development - Contribute to achievement of annual budget - Ensure overall growth and profit development -

Conduct consistent market research and provide continuous feedback on market rates conditions and trends related to product -

Provide feedback on the creation and enhancement of product suites using personal knowledge and interactions with key clients -

System VLog ACON maintenance in terms of timely inputs and updates of activities and opportunities data capture - Lead and ensure successful completion of sales projects -

Conform to legal human resources environmental ISO Security and health and safety procedures and standards of the company -

Take appropriate corrective actions when concerns on business and customer delivery arise - Share knowledge and engagement to ensure team is up-

to-date in critical information relating to airfreight sales activities Requirements- 5 year experience in selling airfreight solutions within UAE and Internationally -

Relevant University Degree Diploma - Airfreight operational knowledge both Import and Export - Proven sales track record in the UAE -

Proven In-depth knowledge of industry and good awareness of competitors business strategy - General Knowledge of all KN Products -

Good knowledge of systems and software - Sales automation skills - Ability to strive in team environmentability to build team spirit -

Good written and verbal communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Analysis Judgmentability to analyse data reports enhance and steer processes -

Commercial acumenindustry expert with detailed knowledge of airfreight operations and industry in general - Leadership and focusfocused and self-

motivated professional with strong leadership skills - Customer focusdevelop collaborative and trusting relationships both internally and externally -
