Job Description

We are looking for Call center agent who have previously worked in Engineering or Maintenance background. If they have worked for the same in a real estate company it will be of great advantage.

We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately and have below skills :

  • Engineering / Maintenance background
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues & complaints to supervisors / Customer support representatives
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Process orders, forms, and application
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Job Type : Full-time Salary : AED3,000.00 to AED4,000.00 / month Experience :
