Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnershipThe future is what we make it When you join Honeywell you become a member of our global team of thinkers innovators dreamers and doers who make the things that make the future That means changing the way we fly fueling jets in an ecofriendly way keeping buildings smart and safe and even making it possible to breathe on Mars Working at Honeywell isn t just about developing cool things That s why all of our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries Are you ready to help us make the future SalesWe don t just sell things We offer solutions to tomorrow s challenges Our sales approach begins by identifying customer demands before they become challenges We re committed to delivering customer success through our comprehensive expertise in software and technology Where Do You Fit In We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Energy Snr Sales Representative to be based in Dubai UAE In this role you will be the primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business and new relationships in pursuit of growth for HBS in the Gulf for our Energy Saving Business EPC You will establish and own the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer sales base in your assigned area alongside driving sales through a thorough understanding of the target customer s business drivers and organization and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to them which allows for crossBT Honeywell selling and Software based solutions What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day Deliver and exceed the assigned sales target AOP Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives by effective upselling and crossselling Ensure a continued update of the CRM Tool NEX system with all sales related activities including but not limited to meeting schedules meeting notes contact persons business plans and project pipelines Maintain high and accurate sales forecasting 2 accuracyBusiness Relationships Actively seek out plan and leverage internal and external relationships to drive business for HBT Establish strategic relationships or a vision for developing a committed customer Network internally with HBS HBT to achieve full customer satisfaction with the best HBS HBT resources Sales Process Proactively lead manage and execute the disciplined sales process from start to finish anticipate customer needs and requirements ensuring that they are met every step of the way from sale to executionCustomers Exhibit extensive knowledge of the customers business strategic drivers and financial requirements with the ability to discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization People Management Leverage resources to address customers drivers and initiatives Guide and leverage management and executive sponsor interactions with new customers provide strategic vision for order margin and growth in new accounts new markets and new geographies while driving self and others for positive business results for HBS Analysis of market dynamics and value proposition to target defined customer sets Facilitate competitive strategy planning with the team Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationship to drive results and growth Maintain close coordination with the other regional sales team and other regional function leadership to deliver common regional targets Report weekly performance to leadership
