The Private Client Manager reports into the Head of Marketing.
Core purpose is to drive sales of Bupa Global’s Individual Private Medical Insurance plans to HNW individuals and development of new channels for HNW sales.
Generating new business revenue from media campaign leads, cross selling to existing customers as well as creating new prospects from their own sales activities.
Acquiring and building relationships with HNW clients, creating referrals and developing new channels to market into the HNW segment.
Accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the sales tracker. Ensure that records are accurately updated whenever a customer makes contact
Complying with all regulatory and governance requirements including FCA and Treating Customers Fairly
Achieving all targets for sales, productivity and quality
Participate in regular 121s and team meetings with your Manager
Being a role model for the team demonstrating outstanding personal behaviours and performance
Contribute to the continuous improvement process by putting forward ideas for improvement and making a contribution to focus groups
Will have a proven record in HNW field-sales, ideally Wealth Management / Family Office / Estates, along with strong networking and negotiation skills.
Experience of selling high value consumer products and service to high net worth consumer segment
Previous experience of a complex and multi skilled customer facing role within a contact centre setting
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and quality targets
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes.
An ability to speak Arabic would be an advantage
