Job Description

We arecurrently looking out for a Record Management Associate based inDubai. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Coordinating the filing, storage, retrieval anddiscarding of all company documents and records to ensure the safekeeping and availability of documents when needed.
  • Collecting, sorting, preparing and scanning documents;labeling and entering documents into the computer system accordingto Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Managementguidelines.
  • Managing the document filingsystem and ensuring all documents are clearly numbered, classifiedand stored. Responsible for scanning or reading incoming materialsin order to determine how and where they should be classified andfiled;
  • assigning and record identification numbers or codes withina register.

  • Facilitating the adequate storageof all company documents and records. Sorts, classifies and placesdocuments into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes,bins, or drawers, according to classification and identificationinformation.
  • Assisting in the transportationof boxed documents from the Head Office to the Warehouse forstorage, ensuring that boxes / contents are organized and numberedand well maintained in storage.
  • Requirements :

    Inorder to be considered for this role, you will have the followingskills, knowledge and experience

  • Twoyears of experience in records retention
  • Knowledge of Principles, processes and procedures ofrecords management and retention
  • Basicunderstanding of legal requirements of documentretention
