  • Develop long term partnershipwith our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing thefull value of their investment with us to ensure clientcontinues / replenish / renews contract with Oracle
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of clientsatisfaction by being a liaison between our clients andOracle's internal operations
  • Identify product expansion / up sell opportunities
  • Work with larger clients. Provide input into the CSMmethodology and direction. Act as mentor to newer CSMs on avoluntary basis
  • Leading contributorindividually and as a team member, providing direction andmentoring to others.
  • Work is non-routine andvery complex, involving the application of advancedtechnical / business skills in area of specialization.
  • Recommended years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation or clientfacing relationship experience.
  • Understandingof various technical architectures and operating systems. Industryexperience is desired.
