Responsible for maintaining a high level of clientsatisfaction by being a liaison between our clients andOracle's internal operations
Identify product expansion / up sell opportunities
Work with larger clients. Provide input into the CSMmethodology and direction. Act as mentor to newer CSMs on avoluntary basis
Leading contributorindividually and as a team member, providing direction andmentoring to others.
Work is non-routine andvery complex, involving the application of advancedtechnical / business skills in area of specialization.
Recommended years of professional experience
Demonstrated experience in implementation or clientfacing relationship experience.
Understandingof various technical architectures and operating systems. Industryexperience is desired.
