Monitor and manage the network operations andsystems. Provide Network and Application Operations ManagementLevel 1 support in investigation and resolution of network problemsto assure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability ofdefined services in accord with established policies, definedservice level agreements and quality standards.
Monitors and manages the operation of Client'sTelecommunications services and systems, implementing the latesttechnologies.
Oversees the operation and supportof the Telecommunications facilities to ensure continuousavailability to all users.
Develops plans andimplements the enhancement of these Telecommunication services andthe introduction of new services and applications to satisfybusiness requirements.
