Job KeyDetails :

Keep up an up to date leaseasset register at all times

Supervise and make sureinvoicing or billing and all other financial transactions are beingtaken care of in a timely manner

Prepare leases toensure all the information is accurate and logged onto adatabase

Make sure the lease contract goals aremet

Monitor the completion of all necessary paperworkand ensures proper customer services

Develop a detailedschedule with planned customer visits and generate reports onfindings

Any other related task as may berequired

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Management,Accounting, Business Administration or any related discipline

At least 5+ years of experience in building maintenance andcollecting payment from tenants

Good communication andinterpersonal skills

Must have good computerknowledge

Must be well organized

Ability toidentify problems and resolve potential conflicts

Onlymale candidates are required for this position

Musthave a valid UAE driving license
