About the role :
We arecurrently seeking an experienced Senior Online Merchandiser& Website Search Specialist to lead the onsitemerchandising & trading activities of multiple Al FuttaimEcom websites as well as optimize the Website Search Engineperformance of each one of them thanks to iterative optimizations.
She / He will also lead junior merchandisers into day to daymerchandising activities.
KEY ROLE SPECIFICACCOUNTABILITIES
Improve WebsiteSpecific KPIs (Merchandising)
Improve WebsiteSearch Engine Specific KPIs (Merchandising)
Lead the Merchandising & Trading of the variouse-Stores, maximising cross & up selling, productpositioning and stock availability
Responsiblefor daily / weekly management of products going live ensuring 100%accuracy of product content and assets.
Assistthe Head of department to deliver the weekly, monthlyreporting / analysis highlighting opportunities and risks
Lead the execution the Marketing and Promotional PlanEmails and Homepage content
Building strongrelationship with internal teams. Excellent communicator withininternal team to support correct timely execution
4Y+ in EcommerceMerchandising
Minimum Experience andKnowledge :
4+ years’experience in a relevant Merchandising role preferably within amulti-channel retailer or pure-play.
Highlyoperational, with an understanding of Ecom & retailprocesses
Strong analytical and numericalskills with experience in producing trade reports andanalysis
Experience in Sales Force CommerceCloud or equivalent, and ability to learn new technologyquickly
Clear understanding of trading and howto leverage a website search engine to drive conversions
Job-Specific / Technical Skills required to complete thetasks :
E-com experience is must (4+years)
Proven track record of growing a newbusiness and making change happen
Strong eyefor product and for trading
Strongunderstanding of Ecommerce website search engine mechanics& rules (priority, boosting, weightage)
A high level of customer focus and the ability tounderstand customers’ needs
Understanding of Ecom mechanics (relation betweendifferent KPIs)
