  • Maintenance and coordination of acompany food safety program to maintain statutory compliance to theprescribed legal requirements in the Food Industry.
  • Coordinating and assisting with technical training andoverall competency to management and employees with regards to theoperational aspects of the food safety program, pest control,environmental, operational methods and personnel practices, andmaintenance for food safety and hygiene / cleaningpractices.
  • To complete food supplier audits (against theHACCP systems implemented) identifying corrective actions requiredand escalation of major concerns and ensure action there of asrequired.
  • To liaise with Local Authority Inspectors andenforcement officials as required.
