Identify, develop and direct the company image through the implementation of business strategy.
Plan and direct the organisation’s activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for publication quality, culture and legislative adherence.
Direct key functions and performance via the executive team.
Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation within the market and with all staff, suppliers, partners and regulatory / official bodies.
Report to board members regarding organisational plans and performance.
Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards.
10+ years experience in media, journalism and / or publications industries
Notable experience with the consumer magazine and publishing sector
Prior international experience would be a plus
An understanding of the Dubai / Middle Eastern culture and associated business methodologies
Forward thinking & innovative thinker
Arabic speaker would be a bonus, but not essential
