Job Details :

  • Supports in the processing of employee trainingapplications in coordination with AdministrativeAffairs.
  • Manages the recruitment life cycleincluding sourcing, screening, selection and verificationprocess.
  • Updates the HR information systemwith new employee information as well as maintains and archivesemployee records / files (online and manual) in accordance with theuniversity’s policies and legal requirements, to ensureease of access and retrieval of all archived documents.
  • Generates and issues employees’ letters withregards to NOC’s, salary certificates, experience andtenure letters in a timely manner.
  • GeneratesHR reports on headcount, new hires, promotions, transfers,performance reviews, separation and staff data & statisticsto the Senior Management, whenever required.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Graduatedegree in HR Management or related discipline.
  • Two to four years experience in the same role.
  • Written and spoken English is essential.
