Requirements

Candidate must have experience in Commercial project (offices CAT A / CAT B, Retail, F&B)

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with clients

Must have knowledge in managing a team of interior designer, 3d visualiser, CAD operator

Must be able to review all sets of drawings of the team onboard

Proficiency in Autocad - min. 5 years

Excellent time management skills

Coordinating with Interior design team, creative director and client.

Candidate must be strong in concepts designs, sketches is a plus

Candidate must have knowledge with FF&E suppliers (wall finishes & textures, floor finishes, FF&E, acoustic ceilings etc..)

Only candidates with a commercial interior design portfolio will be considered.
