Document Controller - (Admin Assistant) :
We are looking for Document control specialists which will be responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.
These specialists’ help companies adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information and retrieve data more effectively.
Job Description and Responsibilities :
1- Your responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
2- Your prime responsibilities to Develop and maintain a filing system and keep records of office communications, tenders, contracts and agreements.
3- Controlling company and project documentation with proper index and checklist
4- Following and improving document control and filing procedures
5- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
6- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic / soft copy and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
7- Conducting regular reviews and document audits
8- Copying, scanning and storing documents
9- Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts
10- Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
11- Create templates for future use
12- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
13- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
14- Proven 5-yrs experience as a Document Controller or similar role
15- Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
16 - Knowledgeable of JAFZA works, Dubai Municipality permits renewal, and EHS.
