General Description of Role and Responsibilities :
Ensure that the quality of the outcomes fromthe facilities management suppliers meets the required standard.
Undertakeregular, and thorough inspections throughout Ruwais City and all servicefailures by suppliers are recorded and reported through the CAFM system.
Measure andrecord corrective actions by suppliers and follow-up on these actions until asatisfactory outcome is achieved.
Identifyopportunities for initiatives and projects for improvement in the built environmentin Ruwais.
Identifyways in which suppliers can operate more efficiently.
Focus onstrong working relationships across all functions and raise awareness inproviding exceptional customer service.
Identify andreport any Health, Safety and Environment issues or hazards and liaise with therelevant team to ensure that they are addressed.
Undertakeinspections of new properties handed over to the client to identify snaggingactions required.
Liaise withthe Community Services Center to understand and improve our customer experienceand the nature of service requests raised.
Liaise withthe Corporate Services and Corporate Administration teams to deliver feedbackto suppliers.
Informs themselves of the relevant Quality,Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Proceduresin place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with theserequirements while employed by Hill.
Perform other duties as assigned by the linemanager / supervisor.
BSc degree in arelevant field.
At least 5years of relevant working experience and proven track record in leading teams.
Experience inreal estate, maintenance and facilities management.
Problemsolving, decision-making, planning, communication, and time management.
Excellentwritten and verbal language skills in English & Arabic.
Excellentattention to detail.
Working with arange of stakeholders.
Goodinterpersonal and communication skills.
Microsoftoffice (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
Workingknowledge of a standard CAFM system.
