About the job Engineer - Scheduler
The purpose of the role is to develop and control weekly maintenance schedules to support all ES sections in their day-to-day work, ensuring optimum utilization of time, materials, services and human resources to complete all jobs on a weekly basis and contribute to achieve maximum efficiency and schedule adherence.
Coordinate the work orders generation based on maintenance plan and service requests, working
with the Planner and the Sections to support increasing the proportion of planned work.
Plan for the elimination of delays due to waiting for information, materials, equipment, other skills, and tools. Provide special tool and equipment requirements.
Determine in advance number of labour resources needed in a given area or location
Manage weekly backlog
Ensure coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities, considering the priorities for
Breakdown, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.
Cooperate with PAE, Shift Leaders in the weekly scheduling of preventive maintenance activities aligning maintenance plan dates, the availability of assets, spare parts, resources, and management priorities.
Ensure all the resources and documentation are available prior to starting any maintenance activities (PTW, spares, tools& Access Equipment's)

Skills & Experience
The job holder should have a wide and in-depth experience in engineering and maintenance, preferably
using planning and scheduling tools with at least 1 years experience in this type of work.
Practical experience in using CMMS for scheduling to ensure work prioritization with minor effects on
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
