Job Responsibilities :
Design and deliver best in class product portfolio framework and process
Identify dependencies across products within the portfolio (taking into consideration pipeline products) across portfolios and provide a consolidated view of the portfolio.
Work closely with accountable business owners to resolve portfolio level interdependencies, risks / issues and roadblocks.
Escalate and resolve conflicts and issues
Ensure the Senior Manager, Product Portfolio and VP, Guest Experience remains abreast of key issues, in a timely and informed manner, and manage escalation to the appropriate committees : Project Steerings, BRM, Performance Committee, Transformation Steering Group and Transformation Committee
Support Product owners in the identification and prioritization of new Initiatives through constructive dialogue, insightful challenge, and supportive activity (e.
g. strategy, product performance assessment and analysis, business case development, plan development
Implement a product portfolio management solution
Design governance for integrated roadmap for all product initiatives & transformation projects Qualification & Experience :
Experience in working with ancillary product bundling programmes within the travel, hospitality and / or international retail industry
5+ years portfolio / program management experience, with experience managing NPS Customer Satisfaction programmes for internationally recognised consumer branded organisations
Consultancy experience preferred
Experience in managing multiple programs / projects simultaneously
Bachelors degree, ideally in a business / strategy related subject
Demonstrates ability to plan, set priorities, organizes and coordinates work with others.
Additional Certification in Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3o) or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is desirable
