Supervise the entire operationsof the restaurant

Oversee the work staff and interactwith customers to ensure satisfaction

Prepare a workschedule, hire new employees and train staff on all duties of therestaurant

Create the restaurant business sales andmarketing plan through surveying restaurant demand, identifyingrestaurant customers, determining and analyzing competitorsetc

Preserve customer satisfaction in all the areasthrough monitoring, evaluating and checking food, beverage as wellas service offerings

Preserve professional andtechnical knowledge through tracking emerging trends in therestaurant and benchmarking with other restaurant of the samestatus

Ensure the restaurants are clean and maintain agood ambiance through establishing, following and enforcingsanitation standards as well as procedures

Conduct anyother similar task as may be required

JobQualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in HotelManagement, Hospitality Management or its equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field preferably in PizzaChain restaurant

Outstanding supervisory and managementskills

Strong knowledge of restaurant food servicemanagement procedures and practices

Should be able tocontrol and manage food service operations

Goodknowledge of health and safety requirements applicable

Should be able to prepare work schedules and targets for teammembers
