Conduct market research and feasibility study to provide relevant information to Senior Management team in order to meet client needs and secure end user-Prepare relevant reports to provide information to the Management for making informed decisions-Identify potential business opportunities and negotiateexecute land assetssales deals-Support Head in preparing the annual budget for asset sales lease-Develop and ensure maintenance of comprehensive list of clients and prospective customers and maintain long term relationship with them to and continually seek opportunities to increase revenue generation and deepen client relationships-Oversee the termination process of asset sales contractsagreements as and when required and ensure documentation for the same is in line with Corporate guidelines-Reportmarket trends and market research information in order to develop the overall budget forecast in line with company objectives-Participate sales promotion campaigns and represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations-Manage events and exhibitions and work closely with the management team to develop promotional events to network with corporate and high net worth potential customers-Liaise with finance and Dubai Land department for pricing valuation or landJob Specific Skills - Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with DH and company standards- Endeavour to maintain an understanding of local and national real estate markets- Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard- Has a good understanding of the business environment and the impact their behavior has on the reputation and financial performance of the company- Understand lease administrationRequirements-Tertiary Education Graduate-Strong knowledge of the Property sector-Bilingual - Arabic and English-3 years or more of job-related experience for a large property developer familiar with Dubai market
