We are looking for candidates who have IT skills and can handle daytoday administrative duties of an organization The candidate must be proficient in English Hindi and the capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously Main Responsibilities include Documentation and Coordination for our various projects in different parts of UAE Procurement Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff Scheduling meetings and appointmentsTaking notes and minutes in meetingsBeing a point of contact for a range of staff Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staffLook after logistics Finding ways to improve administrative processes
