Job Role : Senior Continuous ImprovementSpecialist


Implement processimprovement strategic initiatives across Nawah. Participate in thedesign and implementation of Nawah’s Excellence principleto build and sustain a culture of Excellence across theorganization in accordance to Nawah standards andprocedures.

Key Activities, Responsibilities andAccountabilities

1. ProcessImprovement

Responsibilities andAccountabilities :

  • Identifyopportunities for improvement on business process to businesscritical targets to ensure it is aligned with excellencemodel.
  • Identifyand assess with project management areas and requirements forprocess improvement to ensure successful delivery of improvementprojects and initiatives.
  • Utilizethe best practices in process improvement such as lean, six sigmaand other quality tools to re-engineer processes to attain programobjectives.
  • Develop,maintain and update the process improvement Toolkit to ensureconsistency.
  • 2. ProcessImprovement Training

    Responsibilities andAccountabilities :

  • Facilitateand deliver Lean Six Sigma training and run quality processsimulations on the use of quality methodologies and tools to createproblem solving mindset within our staff.
  • Designannual post effectiveness of Continuous Improvement trainingprogram to evaluate the success of implementation.
  • Maintaininstructor / SME qualification that is aligned with CapacityBuilding and Training procedures.
  • 3. ExcellenceCulture

    Responsibilities andAccountabilities :

  • Supportthe Section Head in carrying out activities to sustain the cultureof excellence across Nawah organization.
  • Developand review the policies, procedures and processes related toContinuous Improvement Program and ensure that they areperiodically updated and properly implemented.
  • 4. Healthand Safety and Security

    Responsibilities andAccountabilities :

  • Followall relevant company’s Health and Safety policies,processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in allaspects of work as per sound management practices.
  • Apply thesepolicies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonablecare of the health and safety of the employee;
  • the environment; andvarious individuals who may be affected by the employee’sacts or omissions at work.

  • Followall relevant Security policies, processes, procedures andinstructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work,by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
  • Ensurecompliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies,procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management andBusiness Continuity in order to continue mission criticalactivities.
  • 5. Excellenceand Quality Management

    Responsibilities andAccountabilities :

  • Ensurecommitment to a culture of continuous improvement by eliminatingwaste, following operations procedures, practicing innovation,problem solving, and teamwork;
  • complying with Quality ManagementSystem policies and procedures; providing and receivingconstructive feedback, and striving to meet quality standards andstakeholder expectations.

  • EnsureCommitment to the Nawah Fundamentals.
  • Academic Qualification andExperience

  • Bachelor’sDegree in Business Administration / Engineering.
  • 5-12years of relevant experience.
  • Orequivalent as stated in the Job Description Procedure(HR-PRC-0004).
  • GreenBelt Sigma Certificate
