Executive Secretary Job Location : UAE Job Details : Provide administrative support by drafting of routine correspondences such as faxes, mails and letters.
Provide superior administrative support to the executive team. Plan, maintain, and organize multiple calendars. Capture minutes of the meetings and take notes as and when required.
Job Requirements : Minimum two to five years experience. Female candidates need to apply. Degree / Diploma holder preferred.
Pleasent personality. Well versed in MS Office, Excel etc.
