Provide secretarial support to the GeneralManager by encoding correspondences reports documents handling orscreening of incoming calls and random visitors setting meetingwith various department etc
Make follow-ups todifferent departments company person any pending documents asrequested by the General Manager including the statusthereof
Coordinate with Administrationarrangements follow up as per instruction of the General ManagerManage all inward and outward correspondence of the General Managers Office in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt anddispatch of the same Set-up and maintain General
Manager s Office correspondence files and ensure safecustody and confidentiality Collect reports from variousdepartments submit consolidated reports to the General ManagerPrioritize follow through on issues and concerns including those ofa sensitive or confidential nature Make travel arrangements forGeneral Manager
