Job Role : Leasing AdministrationManager

Responsibilities and duties

  • Manage the development of leasing contractsand programs for tenants, and execution of lease renewals,relations, expansions and termination.
  • Managethe negotiation of leases, agreements, and review appraisalsrelative to leasing properties.
  • Review thelease application in order to ensure that the selected applicantsmeet the mall standards and that they maintain a sound financialstatus, agree with the Senior Management on the accepted applicantsand take necessary further actions.
  • Administer / monitor the implementation of terms andconditions of the lease agreements i.e., payments, quality ofservices, discuss / solve any differences or outstandingissues.
  • Provide periodic reports to SeniorManagement for review and recommendations.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferably withpost graduate degree
  • Background andexperience

  • A minimum of 6-7years inLease Administration / tenant management in shopping centers / malloperations or property development
  • Strongunderstanding of leasing procedures and practices, legalimplications of lease agreements, technical understanding of tenantfit outs and complex contractual arrangements
  • Experience :

  • Leasing Manager : 6 years (Preferred)
