Job Role : Archive Clerk

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for creating or updating records with newfiles and information.
  • To sort all papersalphabetically and according to content, dates,significance.
  • Developing an efficient filingsystem to make updating and retrieving files easier.
  • To follow policies and confidentiality dictations tosafeguard data and information.
  • Verifyingaccuracy of work by comparing it to source documents.
  • To maintain the confidentiality and integrity ofinformation.
  • JOBREQUIREMENTS

  • Asian And Africannationals preferred.
  • Candidates should behaving at least 1 year experience in the same field.
  • Should have a good personality, confident and goodlooking.
  • Having excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • Having great attentionto detail.
  • Should have fast typing skills andproficient in Ms office packages.
  • Able to workunder pressure and meeting work deadlines.
