If you love working in an environment where your attention to detail is celebrated, then we have the job for you! Working within a small dynamic team you will provide servicing and administrative support to our Resort Management department, where your daily duties will include :

  • Document Management
  • Incoming / Outbound communications (email; correspondence; phone)
  • Data Entry
  • Proofing of documentation
  • General administrative duties
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience.

    Our ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills :

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Self-motivation and a team player
  • Flexibility, with a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office with typing speed of 50wpm
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and communication
  • Initiative and ability to take control of your work
  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
