    About the Job :

    An opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join Human Resources in Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role :

    Monthly Attendance sheet for payroll submission

    End of Employment process for leavers

    Month end reports (Turnover, Balance Lieu hours, HR summary Dashboard, Vacation summary, Absenteeism & sick leave)

    Overtime and Days in lieu process

    Leave application process

    Advance Flight allowance process

    Language allowance process

    Raising PR’s and settling the invoices with the Receiving and Finance for final payment.

  • Intermediate in MS Office(Excel, Word, Power point & Outlook)
  • Good in both verbal and written English
  • Usage of any HRMS e.g. Taleo, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.
  • About you :

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following profile, experience and qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • HR related qualification would be an added value for the role
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same role from a multi diversified industry; preferably in Hospitality sector with over 1200 FTE's
  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio & Outlook)
  • Excellent in both verbal and written English
  • Usage of any HRMS e. g. Hyperion, Oracle, Taleo etc.
  • Well-groomed
  • Pleasing personality
