ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking an experienced Product Specialist to join the Product Strategy & Operations team. This team drives go-to-market for TikTok monetization products and plays a key role in development of the commercial product roadmap.
Responsibilities : 1. Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Sales and additional teams to improve product quality and resources that help scale support & operations workflows2.
Own the execution process, from pre-sale as well as post-campaign3. Manage and own troubleshooting for reservation campaigns both in set-up and post delivery phase4.
Build robust processes, systems, tools / solutions, workflow optimization, and automation to increase operational efficiency and productivity5.
Develop workflows for music ingestion process across different products in line with new workflows 6. Build product expertise to investigate, triage and resolve issues with TikTok advertising solutions7.
Monitor and analyze advertiser reports for feedback, bug-related trends and product quality8. Separate advertiser confusion from bugs, advise the sales team / advertisers on how to accomplish the advertisers' desired outcome9.
Support Product Marketing team through bug resolution and answering technical and operational questions from sales and clients10.
Build the communication bridge between HQ and MENAT teams, support new product testing, project management and cross-functional collaboration for product launch11.
Communicate known issues to the sales team and their customers12. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis to tell the story behind the numbers and understand advertiser sentiment betterQualificationsMinimum Requirements : 1.
BA / BS degree or above2. 3+ years of experience in project management within digital advertising or relevant experience (partnered with sales, strategy, product management and / or engineering to improve advertiser experience)3.
Experience in working across cross-functional departments with technical and business teams4. Experience in developing technical processes across different departments 5.
Analytical experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights6. Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications : 1.
Proficiency in Arabic a plus2. Campaign management and advertising experience3. Experience in dissecting complex processes and developing sound and sustainable plans
