Responsibilities : Asa Sous Chef your Primary responsibility is complete KitchenAdministration and successful Back House Operations.

  • Work with the restaurant Management indeveloping menus in accordance with the restaurant'spolicy.
  • You will be in charge of implementingall H&S process to the at most accuracy as per themunicipality policy & Guidelines.
  • You will be updated with the latest policy andguidelines of ADAFSA related to food safety and standards andimplement it at all times in the kitchen.
  • Plan the Mise n place stages wisely and atappropriate times so ingredients are prepared and ready well beforehand so we can make utmost use of production time.
  • Create tasting menus for clientsinterested in contracting the food for different events (wedding,banquets, corporate dinners, birthday parties, etc.) from theirkitchen.
  • Plan andexecute a short video footage of our Menu for the purpose of Mediain accordance with the Management Guidelines.
  • Requirements :

  • Proficient in communicating ideas across tokitchen staff and getting job done
  • Be part ofboth technical and administration operations.
  • 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
  • Understanding of Indian cooking methods and spiceproportions
  • Excellent record of kitchen andstaff Management
  • Accuracy and speed inhandling emergency situations and providing solutions
  • Familiar with industry's bestpractices
  • Working knowledge of variouscomputer software programs (MS Office, restaurantManagement
  • software, POS)
  • BS degree in Culinary science or related certificatewould be a plus
