One of the largest and very well known automobile dealership company with several leading auto brands is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager The company is part of one of the largest corporates in UAE Key responsibilities are STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES Develop operational guidelines and implement measures to ensure effective functioning of processes and work flow within the Operations function across the Motors BU monitor the adherence of operational standards rules and regulations health safety and security and facilities management Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place to cover the key areas of BUs operational activities within the Motors BU and effective systems are in place for monitoring compliance with all procedures FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Operations at Motors showrooms Oversee the provision of operations services to including administration services BU operations receiving motors deliveries and security management and oversee their implementation to ensure high quality and reliable back office support Loss Prevention Management Oversee shrink management and ensure adherence to Loss Prevention policies and procedures established by the Corporate Group Asset Protection function Security Management Ensure implementation and adherence to the Health Safety and Security policies and procedures across the motor showrooms within the Motors BU as defined by the corporate Facilities Management Develop annual operating budget identifying Groups current future facilities set-

up and maintenance needs Source screen suitable service consumable providers in the area of facilities management negotiate administer service contracts to assure compliance with job specifications and adherence to unit cost agreements Oversee the integrated facility maintenance repair operations for all the ATM properties ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services to include preventive predictive maintenance planned system overhauls and on all-
