Job Role : Security OperationsSupervisor
Ensure all functions mentioned below arecarried out in an efficient and effective manner whilst providingmaximum security support to field operations;
Manage and coordinate security operations ensuring thatsecurity procedures are implemented and followed as per the SparkSecurity Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and PSBD / NSIRegulations.
Coordinate all emergency / crisismanagement assets providing a timely and coherent response toincidents as they arise at the clients locations
Provide additional operational support and guidance tothe ground security teams viz, Mob Sups, Site Sups, Guards etc, asrequired;
Liaise with NSI / PSBD coordinatorsand report to the Branch Manager to ensure that all relevantinformation is disseminated in a timely manner to the appropriatesecurity personnel under his branch and other Branch operations ifrequired;
Develop a working relationship withpersonnel and a comprehensive working knowledge of our clientsSecurity system.
Work closely with BranchManager to develop an effective security plan / duty roster tosupport and plan branch operations.
Be able to develop a securityoperations plan to support all projects and activities within thebranch of Operations;
Task and guide securityteams and personnel to conduct security assessments and threatanalysis as required, and where necessary provide feedback onproposed mitigation strategies for the Branch Manager
Assist BM / Mob Sup / Location Sup in the design andimplementation of site / location related security strategies,security policies / standards and establish a concrete course ofaction for their implementation and review.
Liaise with the Central Operations / Training Dept. toensure that training procedures and policies are implemented withinthe branch to an acceptable standard;
Maintainclose links with Logistics, Operations and other key stakeholdersto ensure that all locations are implemented with the highestdegree of staff safety and security.
In adaily basis movement of all movements of personnel within therespective branch to be updated with the software (SERP) and tocomply with all guidelines of SERP coordinator
All incidents occurring at the branch operations filed tobe informed to the management and a database to be prepared fordaily / weekly / monthly reports and to be reported to PSBD in a timelymanner.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSREQUIRED :
Security / Military / Police experience with a focus on operations andadministrations
Proven operational unit orsub-unit command, staff and leadership experiencerequired;
Fluency in written and spokenEnglish.
Good interpersonal skills and abilityto address publicly small and large groups of people.
Professionalism Excellent skills in informationcollection and analysis procedures with a view to recognizingpotential necessities pertaining to manpower management
An ability to exercise sound and strong management skillsin times of events and immediate deployment requirements ofsecurity personnel.
MINIMUM EDUCATION &EXPERIENCE :
Highdiploma / University Degree in applicable field.
Min. 7 (seven) years of progressively responsibleexperience in security operations and information management in apolice / security / military environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
Working conditions are normal for an officeenvironment for 12 hours a day 6 days a week. Work may requireweekend and / or evening work as required by theOperations.
