  • Follow standard Service Deskoperating procedures accurately log all Service Desk tickets usingthe defined tracking software
  • Become familiarwith the Systems Network Database Desktop Engineers programmersdevelopers and each team in the IT Department
  • Responsible for monitoring operating managingtroubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal serviceclient personal computers PC or notebooks that has authorizedaccess to the network
  • Prioritize and scheduleproblems
  • Escalate problem when required to theappropriately experienced technician Proficiency in requiredlanguage either in English Arabic or English Knowledge introubleshooting the end user devices such as laptops desktops usingtools and technologies.
