LOCATION Dubai UAE EMPLOYMENT STATUS Full Time Regular ABOUT THIS JOB Baker Hughes Inc has an opening for a Global Mobility Advisor in our Immigration and Mobility Services Center IMSC in Dubai UAE As a leader in the oilfield services industry we offer opportunities for qualified professionals who want to grow their careers in our high performance organization Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and our shareholders Baker Hughes Inc is an Equal Employment Affirmative Action Employer ROLE SYNOPSIS The Global Mobility Advisor role will support Baker Hughes Inc s international assignees and rotators around the globe in our newly formed IMSC team combining our Global Mobility Center of Excellence COE and HR Service Center activities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage all aspects of the assignee lifecycle from initiating international assignments for employees and new hires through to repatriation phases Prepares cost projections and total rewards statements in support of all international assignments Partners with 3 rd parties to facilitate items such as international relocation immigration support international banking and pre-

employment screenings Understands and administers international assignment policies and procedure Understands and maintains data integrity and accuracy within various compliance systems including HR and assignment management workflow systems Provides consultative guidance to HR managers and Business Partners on Global Mobility policies procedures and programs Partners with Global Mobility Regional Manager s and the International Tax Teams as needed Recommends and develops process improvements including creating technology-

driven solutions Manages customer escalations Handles special projects as assigned Integrity-based work ethic focused in Customer service and satisfaction Collaborative work style ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s Degree with 5 years global mobility or international human resource IHR experience Broad knowledge of several HR principles practices and procedure Understands the fundamental concepts practices and procedures of human resource field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a team player PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS Solid PC skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create macros or technology solutions to streamline and simplify complex data accumulation scenarios Knowledgeable of internal BHI HR systems Knowledgeable of Global Mobility and HR Service Center practices and processes Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Knowledge and understanding of individual international tax matters GPHR certification or the desire to obtain the GPHR certificationProfile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : Baker Hughes
