Phone and email support of the RFPTool assisting IHG hotel and corporate users.
Support the business in identifying system andprocess enhancements that will be beneficial for the next RFPSeason.
Conduct user testing prior tothe launch of system enhancements to hotels and Global SalesWorldwide.
Excellent communicationskills are required, including superior phone and email contacthandling skills and active listening.
Support Global Sales in managing their accounts, creating RFPs,adding hotels for solicitation, assist in negotiations andexporting of files.
Handle Ad HocRequests and Special Projects as deemed necessary by the BusinessTeam, Management Team and / or Key AccountDirectors
