Channel Programme Manager


  • Creating, developing and implementing a customized partner programme for resellers throughout the region
  • Update and keep current on certification requirements and metrics for each vendor for the group and its partners and assist partners in achieving these requirements.
  • Develop & Monitor the group's SI’s / Resellers across the region.
  • Roll out specific marketing initiatives on bundling or cross platform technologies to maximize cross sell and up sell opportunities.
  • Develop excellent working relationship with Product Sales Managers, Divisional Managers and General Manager in building the channel for the respective divisions .
  • Develop an excellent partner relationship through outstanding quality of services to the partners.

  • Maintain the group's partner specific profiles on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and advice respective Partner Sales Managers / GM’s on partner progress on sales and metrics.
  • Make use of the CRM tools available and use to maximum effect.
  • Provide regular updates and plans of action for given territory / partner accounts
