Summary ofResponsibilities :
Prepare and delegate daily tasks to HousekeepingAttendants and provide Housekeeping Attendants with necessaryresources such as keys and supplies to ensure efficient service onthe floors
Handle Guest requests andcomplaints with care and follow up effectively to enhance Guestsatisfaction
Inspect Guest rooms to ensurecleanliness and compliance to the Leading Quality Assurancestandards of the Hotel
Monitor room status i.eVIP / DND etc and effectively communicate room status and releaserooms to the Front Office Department to maintain a efficientoperation
Report damaged items in the room andbroken equipment to the Engineering Department as well as any lostand found items by following the set procedures
Order Housekeeping supplies on time and ensure inventoryprocedures are followed to maintain sufficient stock levels for theoperational demands
Evaluate HousekeepingAttendant performance throughout the year and provide effectivefeedback when needed. Report any performance issues to theAssistant Housekeeper / Assistant Director ofHousekeeping
Train Room Attendants onStandards of Performance (SPIs) to maintain the desired level ofperformance and Leading Quality Assurance standards
Assist in the training, supervision and maintenance ofgrooming and standards of those personnel within theirsupervision.
Inspect all assigned rooms forcleanliness and maintenance, includes check out, vacant and stayover rooms.
Oversee all workperformance of Room Attendants.
Inspect all VIP rooms.
Maintaininspection records on a daily basis includes Room Attendantworksheets, guestroom status and maintenance issues.
Ensure supervision of use and care of equipment, linen,cleaning and guest room supplies.
Report toAssistant Housekeeper any loss or damage of furniture orequipment
Direct and motivate Housekeepingteam members.
