About the Position :

We are currently looking for experienced Reservation Agent to join our Hertz team in Dubai. Your role is to convert all enquiries in to reservations and maximize on all selling opportunities.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, your key responsibilities are as follows :

  • Answering all inbound call to 800 HERTZ, Assisting the customer will all there inquiries.
  • Main responsibility of this position is to convert inquires in to reservation or generate prospects.
  • Probing and creating interest of the customer by providing in-depth information about our services.
  • The main responsibility of this position is to provide personalize customer service to retain the customer.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and customer qualification procedures.
  • Ensure that all rental & related records / documents are maintained in line with Hertz procedures for effective Controls.
  • Provide productivity reports to Call Centre Manager as and when required.

    About You :

    To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a Diploma or higher secondary education certificate. You must have at least 2 years’ experience in customer services front-

    end or contact center environment, preferably within Automotive, Rent a car or Telecom industries. Working knowledge of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel is required.

    You must also possess excellent and effective communication skills, customer orientation, good interpersonal and rapport building capabilities.

    Ensure that all rental & related records / documents are maintained in line with Hertz procedures for effective Controls.

    Provide productivity reports to Call Centre Manager as and when required.
