This is an Asst. Manager role that requires the candidate to strategically develop and effectively manage Social media marketing across channels.
The Asst. Digital Manager will support Samsung Gulf product marketing divisions for products such as Smartphone, Wearables, Tablets and other consumer electronics, by complementing their marketing strategies with digitally lead initiatives and campaigns delivering on their business objectives.
The candidate is expected to create best-in-class social & digital contents (with the help of creative agency) and deliver campaigns that are effective and feasible while maintaining the highest level of quality in delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
Drive and manage social & digital campaigns for various products through out the year
Responsible for developing social and digital creatives with help from creative / social agency and making them live across all channels with help from media agency
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (divisions, HQ etc.) to ensure consistency and timelines with other marketing channels
Skills and Qualifications
Produce contents briefs for creating contents suitable for social channel, analyze monthly and quarterly social data to derive insight and monitor social channel on daily basis.
Delivering social campaigns that are in line with Samsung’s brand ideal and the product marketing teams marketing strategy and objectives.
Drive community engagement and manage responses with quick turn around time on social channels as well as Samsung Members
Managing the development and implementation of social strategies, guidelines and content
Managing influencer marketing activities that are relevant to the own and partner’s social channels
Overseeing campaign measurement and optimization with Media and Social agency
Managing an owning the relationship between the social / digital marketing entity and the product marketing teams.
