As aKitchen Technician you are responsible for all the Kitchenequipments maintenance as instructed by General MechanicalSupervisor while adhering to Hotel policies and procedures, wherebyyour role will include key responsibilities such as :
Ensure that all kitchen equipments are properlymaintained and service to upkeep all equipments and to avoidbreakdown
Perform preventive maintenance and completesthe turn-over quickly and efficiently in order to satisfy and meetthe Guest needs
Respond to breakdowns of equipments andbeing available in case of emergency and applying the appropriateaction as per Hotel policy and standards
Operate in asafe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests'and colleagues' health and safety, as well as protect andconserve the environment
Comply with the hotelenvironmental, health and safety policies and proceduresSkills
Education, Qualifications &Experiences
You shouldideally be a licensed high / low pressure boiler operator withprevious experiences in a similar role and a proven knowledge inthe operation of equipments such as steam engines, generators,motors, turbines and / or steam boilers.
A good command of Englishand the ability to find fault and rectify subsystems areessentials.
Theideal candidate will be self motivated with a hands-on and flexibleapproach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events.
You arepro-active and reliable and will thrive through working in a busyenvironment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to detailsand should possess following competencies :
Understanding the job
