  • To develop recruitment practices andmanage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Develop recruitment forecasting and pipelines inconjunction with the annual recruitment lifecycle plans
  • Create specific strategies and plans for individualschools depending on their unique requirements
  • Establish effective mediums to attract candidates toGEMS
  • Manage the placement of both print andonline advertising
  • Be able to manage andassess the suitability of applicants from their CV's andidentify the appropriate opportunities that meet their skillset
  • Interview prospective candidates andassess their suitability to become a GEMS Teacher
  • Accurately track and record recruitment metrics andprepare monthly activity report
  • Initiateeffort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasksrequire additional commitment, such as international travel
