JobResponsibilities :

  • Create and conduct training for clients and team memberson new processes / functionality of HR software
  • Perform maintenance of our HR software and systems,including the review, testing and implementation of HR systemupgrades, fixes and new functionality.
  • Developand maintain procedure manuals, visual aids, guidelines and othertraining documentation
  • Ensure that benefitenrollments received through the enrollment system are reconciledwith the appropriate vendor systems
  • Performaudits between vendor files, employee benefit enrollments, and ourHR software to ensure continuous consistency, accuracy andintegrity
  • Build ad-hoc and scheduled reports,and provide analytical summaries to clients, vendors and internalteam
  • JobSkills :

  • Minimum 1year of related experience in a HR / benefits analyst or HRISrole
  • Ability to assess / optimize HR systems andworkflows
  • Research oriented, strong analyticalskills, and attention to detail
  • Excellentverbal and written communication and interpersonalskills
  • Customer experience-oriented, with agrowth mind-set
  • Strong understanding ofHR / benefits data collection and analysis
