candidate should have 15 Plus year of experience and the responsiilities are as follows Key Responsibilities Establish MIS Department Establish MIS department and implement state of the art MIS and data warehousing solution in coordination with IT which will fulfill financial MIS requirements of the bank and lead to a Development of business Intelligence capabilities b Effective business performance management c Implementation of financial risk management tools Maintenance of System for MIS Department a Ensure financial MIS system is properly maintained adequately resourced and managed within established budget to optimize efficiency b Department operating instructions and procedure manuals are developed and appropriately maintained c Ensure relevant business and organization development and changes are updated in MIS system on a timely basis d Proper data security and access controls are maintained at all time e Review data retention needs to rationalize and optimize storage requirements New MIS Requirements a Analysis all new requirements and conduct impact analysis b Design reports to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner c Coordinate with IT in developing these reports d Ensure proper implementation and testing Rationalize MIS Process Review on a continuous basis financial MIS process to maximize efficiency through a Standardizing similar reports across the bank b Identifying and eliminating any duplication c Automating existing MIS produced manually d Distribution of MIS through most efficient channels Generating Regular MIS Ensure all financial MIS reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner Promptly attend and resolve satisfactorily any queries in this respect Ensure consistency of data for all type of reports and analysis across the organization Ad hoc MIS Requirements To attend for any ad hoc financial MIS requirements from the management and ensure these are delivered as per their expectations Data validation and addressing data anomalies Contribute in validating accuracy of MIS and identifying and analyzing data anomalies through the process of investigation data drill down and exceptional reporting Coordinate with business IT COD and other departments in addressing and rectifying these anomalies Lead as finance IT specialist in all new system implementation across the bank a Represent and lead finance in all new IT system development enhancements and implementation across the bank This includes defining user requirements system implementation and testing b Contribute in new product setup in the core banking system c Responsible for development and implementation of all finance related standalone finance systems Profit distribution to depositors Ensure proper execution of core banking model for profit distribution to depositors Check accuracy of base data and payment of profit and ensure smooth and timely processing Coordinate and resolve any issue with IT Service Level Agreement Develop service level agreement with all users of MIS and ensure its compliance Effectively manage resourcing with MIS Department Ensure MIS unit is adequately resourced with appropriately skilled staff and are assigned tasks and projects accordingly Take care of their development and training needs Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : IT People LLC For A Leading Bank in UAE
