Job Description

Keyresponsibilities in this role include

Building relationships

Engage withprospective retailers to build excitement for the category whichultimately leads to listings for our NGP portfolio

Show a passion for the category that is infectious forthe retailer and that will convert retailers into brandambassadors

Act as first point of contactwith the retailer for any issues relating to our products orservices within area

Expedite theresolution of customer problems and complaints to maximizesatisfaction of the retailer

Ensurecustomer base is visited in-line with agreed call plan andschedule, that best meets customer needs and demand

Effective use of technology to support communicationto the customer

Driving Sales

Drive sales in partnership with the retailer and withthe consumer at heart

Ensure the right bluassortment is available in all visited stores at all times

Makes sure that all products are placed in linewith merchandising standards and in a way that is most effectivefor each store, with the shopper journey in mind

Identify and communicate merchandising requirements to ensurethe best possible sales

Ensure stocklevels are in line with customer demand and properly managed(perform stock rotation to ensure only freshest stock is availablefor the consumers)

Manage stock in vanproperly (storage, handling and reconciliation)

Ensure proper tracking and timely collection ofpayments

Conduct store visits in-line withpre-agreed agenda and messaging

Implementtasks in call efficiently and with maximum care for customers timeand requirements during the call

Identify,agree with customer and install displays and POSM in the visiteduniverse Ensure most effective placement in line with the shopperjourney

Negotiate and managecontractsagreements with customers for the placement of displaysand promotions

Communicate product salespromotions to customers effectively, ensuring maximum impact

Manage outlet promotional plans and schedule,supervise promoters if needed

Find new andinnovative ways of meeting the demands and needs of retailer andconsumer

Implement journey plan in a waythat ensures efficient and effective coverage of account base

Reporting & Analyzing

Understand customer needs and shopper dynamics within theretail outlet

Collate feedback from thefield and share it with the line manager and sales team

Collect relevant Sales data (fiscal, distribution,bench marking competitors) and share it with the line manager ontime

Identify and report new businessopportunities through a robust understanding of the category andcustomer behavior

Monitor and report oncompetitor activity

Utilize CRM to trackand record sales activity to ensure that metrics can be accuratelymeasured
